Enter your order reference (it starts with PS and is on your confirmation email) plus the email you ordered with, and you'll see a live timeline for your service — booked, collected or received, on the bench being restrung, on its way back, and delivered — with your current stage clearly highlighted. Door 2 Door orders show your actual collection and return evenings. Signed in? Your recent orders are listed there automatically, no reference needed.

There are over 9,000 Evri parcelshop drop-off locations across the UK — most are open 7 days a week from early morning to evening. Find your nearest parcelshop here.

Yes. With All Inclusive Delivery (£14.95), everything is covered: we post you a prepaid mailbag with the return label attached (1st class, same day for orders before 3pm Mon–Fri). Drop your racket at any Evri parcelshop, the barcode is scanned and you get a receipt card. We restring and return it to your door on Evri tracked delivery.

With Return Delivery, you post your racket to us your own way and we handle the restring and tracked return — choose Evri (£6.95), DPD (£8.95) or Parcelforce 24 (£14.95) at checkout. Special delivery requests? Get in touch (extra charges may apply).

It depends on the option you choose. Mailbags go out on Royal Mail 1st class; returns travel with Evri, DPD or Parcelforce 24, all fully tracked. Whichever you pick, you can follow your racket the whole way on our Where's my racket? page — no need to visit the courier's own site.

Mailbags go out via Royal Mail 1st class for all orders placed by 3pm Mon–Fri (next working day after that). If yours hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll resend one straight away.

We restring every racket within 48 hours of receiving it, Monday to Friday. Add the post each way: 1st class mailbags typically arrive in 1–2 days, and a tracked return runs 1–3 days depending on whether you choose Evri, DPD or Parcelforce 24.

Absolutely — choose Supply your own string in the order form and pop the string in the mailbag with your racket. You pay just the stringing labour and delivery.

If you're unsure, pick Power & Control (recommended) and we'll string to a proven all-round tension for your racket and string type. Lower tensions give more power and comfort; higher tensions give more control. You can also set an exact tension in the order form — and once you've found your sweet spot, your account remembers it for one-tap reorders.

No. Checkout is processed securely by PayPal and accepts most credit and debit cards directly, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal itself — whichever suits you. Your card details never touch our server.

Yes. Your details are used solely to provide our service and are never passed to any third party without your prior consent. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal's secure systems.
